What is Dewatering Screw Press?

Dewatering Screw Press is a solid-liquid separation devices in their respective areas. It uses the screw extrusion principle. It reaches the goal of dewatering by changing the screw diameter and distance.

The main function of Dewatering Screw Press is to separate the liquid with the help of perforated or wedge wire screen and backing it with the help of Pneumatic pressure plate. While the Volute Press, mainly used to separate wastewater, ETP, etc., works with the help of Fixed and Rotating Rings. It can thicken and dewater sludge in one box, and replace the traditional filter clothes and centrifugal filtration method for its distinctive filter model.
